Mercure Yokosuka - Verny Park

Verny Park is a French styled garden overlooking Yokosuka Port. The park is named after Léonce Verny, a French naval engineer who led the construction of multiple naval facilities in the area in the late 1800s, including Yokosuka Naval Arsenal.

Best of the park would be the gorgeous rose beds with an estimated 130 species. In spring, the various roses will bloom, making the port landscape more vibrant.
