Mercure Yokosuka offers a “BONJOUR FROM MERCURE YOKOSUKA – All-you-can-drink plan ” based on the concept of “Cheers to fresh summer bubbles and feel like a Parisienne with 7 authentic seasonal appetizers” starting May 7th 2024.

One of the ACCOR brand hotels, a premium partner for the upcoming Olympic Games “PARIS 2024.”

Mercure Hotels are extremely well-known and popular all over the world as “locally inspired hotels” that value local traditions and culture, and Mercure Yokosuka, which is closely connected to the local community, has a restaurant called “Le Bistro de Bourgogne” on the 19th floor.

It has a reputation for offering a casual bistro-style menu that focuses on local ingredients.

With the Olympic Games to be held this year, we have created this project, “BONJOUR FROM MERCURE YOKOSUKA ~ All-you-can-drink plan” with the idea from “We would like to people to experience French culture and the casual atmosphere of a bistro while staying in Yokosuka.” The plan is for you to enjoy the feeling of being a Parisienne to your heart’s content while toasting with the casual bistro menu while enjoying the spectacular view overlooking Yokosuka Port.

Choose from two types of All-you-can-drink plans that will make your heart flutter:

“BONJOUR FROM MERCURE YOKOSUKA All-you-can-drink plan”
offered in two types depending on your preference.
Both plans offer includes other All-you-can-drinks as listed below:

・Sparkling Plan 6,600 yen (per person, tax included)

All-you-can-drink : Sparkling wine, red wine, white wine, beer, and other designated drinks

・Champagne plan 9,900 yen (per person, tax included)

All-you-can-drink : Champagne, red wine, white wine, beer, and other designated drinks

▶Other all-you-can-drink plan in both plans includes following drinks as well:

<Alcohol> Sparkling wine, red wine, white wine, beer

<Soft drinks> Orange juice, apple juice, grapefruit juice, ginger ale, cola, oolong tea, non-alcoholic beer

Both plans include a three-tier plate set of “Parisienne-style 7 types of bite-sized appetizers” that use seasonal ingredients and bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.
The one-bite appetizers developed by the chef in conjunction with the in-house Sommelier are part of the standard lineup at authentic bistros popular among Parisians.

The colorful appetizers, which are mainly made with fresh ingredients from the Miura Peninsula, are a true marriage of Yokosuka and France that are both enjoyable in appearance and taste.
With Mercure Yokosuka’s “All-you-can-drink plan”, you will definitely enjoy the fusion of authentic French bistro flavors and fresh local ingredients to your heart’s content even while staying in Yokosuka.
