Mercure Yokosuka is proud to celebrate Pride Month throughout June 2026 with a special limited-time cocktail experience inspired by this year’s theme:

“My Color, My Choice – Choose Your Color, Express Yourself.”

Held at our 19th floor restaurant Le Bistro de Bourgogne, this colorful and interactive experience invites guests to create their own rainbow cocktail by choosing one of five vibrant color syrups to finish the drink themselves.

A sparkling wine (or non-alcoholic option) is poured tableside into a glass filled with matching seasonal fruits, before guests add their chosen color to complete the cocktail in their own unique way.

Which color will you choose?
There is no right answer — every color is beautiful, just like every individual.

Through this experience, we hope to celebrate diversity, individuality, and the freedom to express yourself comfortably and confidently.

Non-alcoholic options are also available, making this a fun and welcoming experience for families and guests of all ages.
