Centered around the theme of a “summer journey around the world,”
this plan features a curated selection of orange wines from Spain, Chile, Japan, and beyond,
all offered as a summer free-flow wine experience.

Guests can enjoy a refined lineup including sparkling orange wine,
allowing for a relaxed and indulgent tasting experience from afternoon through sunset.

The menu includes 8 colorful appetizers and a main dish,
elegantly presented on a three-tiered stand. Each tier is thoughtfully
composed to create a visually striking and seasonally inspired presentation.

Refreshing appetizers made with seasonal ingredients such as vegetables from the Miura Peninsula, pickles, and cheeses
pair beautifully with the wines, making this plan perfect for a leisurely summer occasion.

A weekend-only experience—take in Yokosuka’s changing skyline from sunset into night, as the summer sky fades and city lights begin to glow.
