At Bistro Bourgogne, our French restaurant on the 19th floor,
our Executive Chef presents a festive menu that celebrates the flavors and blessings of the Miura Peninsula.

The highlight of the evening is the Hayama Beef Sirloin Steak, tender and full of rich flavor,
accompanied by condiments of local turnip, wasabi, and shiso,
served with a coffee-scented Madeira wine sauce — a dish created exclusively for Christmas 2025.

For dessert, indulge in a decadent fondant chocolat paired with passion fruit ganache and pistachio ice cream,
decorated with a charming strawberry Santa for a playful, festive touch.

From the 19th floor, you can enjoy Yokosuka’s unique nightscape, including the U.S. Navy and JMSDF naval ports and the illuminated Verny Park.
